COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE TEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Commercial Electronic Message Clarification Text has been prepared within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“Law No. 6563”) and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages (“Regulation”), regarding commercial electronic messages sent to persons with the status of tradesmen and merchants, and in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”) for the purpose of informing you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data and your rights under the KVKK. <\/p>\n

As NURTEKS CARPET INDUSTRY AND TRADE ANON\u0130M \u015e\u0130RKET\u0130 (“Company” or “we”), as the data controller, we process your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation within the scope described below.<\/p>\n

  1. LEGAL BASIS FOR SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 and the relevant Regulation, it is not mandatory for tradesmen and merchants to obtain prior consent for sending commercial electronic messages. <\/p>\n

    In this context, our Company may send commercial electronic messages to real or legal persons who have the status of tradesmen or merchants without prior approval about our activities, products and services. If you fill out the form for newsletter subscription, we will register you in the Message Management System and you can receive newsletters from us. <\/p>\n

            1. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ABROAD<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              If the server of your e-mail address is located abroad, personal data will be transferred abroad. If you do not consent to the transfer of personal data abroad, please make sure that the servers of your e-mail address are located in Turkey. <\/p>\n

              Your personal data will be shared with our service provider, whose servers are located abroad, limited to the reasons of from which source the leads come from; determination of those who turn into sales from the leads and making reports specific to these determinations; management of offers and orders.<\/p>\n

              1. RIGHT TO REFUSE COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Tradesmen and merchants have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without any justification.<\/p>\n

                The rejection request can be submitted free of charge and easily through the methods specified in the message sent or via our contact addresses specified below. Following the receipt of the rejection request by our Company, the sending of commercial electronic messages will be stopped within three (3) business days at the latest. <\/p>\n

                1. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. <\/p>\n

                  • Learn whether personal data is being processed,<\/li>\n
                  • If personal data has been processed; to request information regarding this,<\/li>\n
                  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,<\/li>\n
                  • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,<\/li>\n
                  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,<\/li>\n
                  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data,<\/li>\n
