WHAT IS REVOLUTION DBF?
Revolution DBF is an environmentally friendly and recyclable artificial turf system that does not require granular infill. Designed in accordance with FIFA Q-Pro standards. It offers low maintenance costs, is not affected by temperature changes and provides athletes with a safe playing experience. While minimizing health risks with its antistatic structure, it eliminates environmental damage caused by granules.
Free Pile
This layer of monofilament yarns, which forms the top surface of the product, gives the feel of natural grass and ensures ideal ball movement. It has a long life against abrasion with its durable structure.
Thatch Zone
This middle layer improves players' contact with the ground and provides stability. It also replaces the performance padding used in 3G carpets, providing a soft and safe surface.
Root Zone
The substrate provides stabilization without the need for traditional filling materials. It consists of densely textured PE filament yarns and replaces the sand filling in 3G carpets. It is also supported by an additional compaction layer, increasing the floor stability.

Birth of Revolution DBF
Revolution DBF’s design process started 12 years ago when we recognized an important need in the industry. The demand for an artificial turf that does not require sand or rubber infill in sports fields has led us to innovation. In 2014, after extensive research and development, we launched our first version. The positive feedback further revealed the potential of the product and we decided to subject it to FIFA tests. In this process, our product successfully passed all tests and became suitable for use in football fields. Revolution DBF was born as a revolutionary step in the world of sports.
